Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through didb.shop.

1. Shipping cost

All orders receive free standard delivery. If an optional faster or special service is offered, its price and conditions will be shown before the order is submitted. No undisclosed delivery charge will be added after purchase.

2. Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 15–20 days from order acceptance unless a different period is clearly stated on the product page or at checkout. This estimate includes ordinary order preparation and carrier transit. An estimate is not a guaranteed appointment, but it does not remove statutory obligations to deliver within the agreed time or, if no time is agreed, within the time required by applicable law.

Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels. Where this happens, no additional standard-delivery charge is payable. We will provide available shipment information by email or through the order-status page.

3. Order processing and address accuracy

Please review the delivery name and address before submitting an order. Contact info@didb.shop promptly if a correction is needed. We will try to make the change before dispatch but cannot promise a carrier can redirect a parcel once it has entered transit. We remain responsible for our own addressing or fulfilment errors.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking reference will be sent after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to appear and may not update at every stage. Tracking information is informative and does not alter legal delivery rights.

5. Delays

Delays may arise from public holidays, severe weather, transport disruption, customs processing, remote destinations, unusually high demand or other events outside reasonable control. If we become aware of a material delay, we will provide available information and a revised estimate. We will not use delay language to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If delivery does not occur within the agreed time, a consumer may set an appropriate additional period for delivery where required by law. If we still fail to deliver within that period, or if an additional period is unnecessary under applicable law, the consumer may be entitled to terminate the contract and obtain reimbursement. Contact us so that we can investigate promptly.

6. Delivery and transfer of risk

Delivery is completed when the goods are handed to you or to a third party designated by you at the accepted delivery address. For consumer purchases, risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with us until that time, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us. A carrier’s tracking entry does not conclusively remove statutory rights if a parcel was not actually received.

7. Lost, damaged or incomplete parcels

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, first check the immediate delivery location and with household members or neighbours, then contact us. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, retain the goods and available packaging and notify us as soon as practicable. Photographs may help us resolve the claim with the carrier. Customers are not required to pursue the carrier instead of us, and a delayed notice does not automatically extinguish mandatory consumer remedies.

For an item that is lost, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or non-conforming, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, completion, refund, price reduction or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

8. Customs, import charges and cross-border delivery

Only destinations available at checkout are accepted. Before purchase, the checkout must clearly disclose whether any unavoidable customs duty, import tax or handling charge is included or may be payable separately. We will not describe a mandatory known charge as an unexpected customer responsibility. For UK consumer sales, displayed pricing and pre-contract information will comply with applicable price-transparency requirements, including the prohibition on misleading mandatory-fee omissions.

9. Returns

Delivery of an order is separate from return shipping. For cancellation, faulty goods and refunds, see the Return and Refund Policy. Do not send a parcel to an address found on unrelated websites or carrier documents; request the correct return routing at info@didb.shop.

10. Contact

For shipping support, email info@didb.shop with the order number, delivery name and a short description of the issue. Avoid sending payment-card details by email.
